| Staff [doorman] would benefit from courtesy training | | | | Visiting Vancouver for the Olympics, we heard about the friendly atmosphere and
were very disappointed to encounter a very rude doorman at the Lions Pub on
Friday night. Even though there were many empty tables and lots of space he said
they were over crowded and we were refused entry. We were 5 adult professionals
who had not been drinking beforehand. Another couple arrived and were granted
entry past us. The doorman was so cynical and condescending and we would
